Illustrative industrial equipment integration

Our team’s experience

More than 8 years of industrial experience.

Engineering and development for manufacturers, businesses and industry professionals.

From requirements to delivery

A clear project from the first step.

Design, manufacturing and control connected by a scope we can review together.

  1. 01

    Understand

We review the part, operation and outcome you need.

    Requirements and input data
  2. 02

    Define

We agree on the concept, interfaces, deliverables and acceptance criteria.

    Proposal and technical scope
  3. 03

    Develop

We coordinate design, manufacturing and integration for the project.

    Progress and change reviews
  4. 04

    Review and deliver

We check the included functions and organize the agreed delivery.

Prepare an inquiry

Order. Method. Quality.

5S and clearly defined quality criteria.

A solution should be clear to the people who manufacture, install and use it. Organization, documentation and review are part of our approach.

01

5S in the operation

Sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain as a foundation for organizing work and supporting continuity.

02

Agreed requirements

Materials, dimensions, tolerances and function defined around the application and scope of each project.

03

Review and handover

Design reviews, functional checks and documentation in line with the agreed acceptance criteria.

Frequently asked questions

The essentials for turning a plant requirement into a project.

Chat on WhatsApp
01What can you develop for a manufacturing plant?

CAD designs, fixtures, nests, mechanisms, pneumatics, PLC automation, LabVIEW applications, poka-yokes, workstations, conveyors, machine guards, spare parts and additive manufacturing. Each solution begins with the needs of your process.

02Do I need drawings to request a quote?

Share drawings or a 3D model if you have them. We can also start with photos, a sample part or a description of the required function and identify the additional information the design needs.

03Can you work with equipment already installed in our plant?

We can evaluate modifications and integration with existing equipment. We need to understand its condition, controls, interfaces and operating requirements to define the scope.

04Do you review single parts and multiple-unit projects?

We review individual requirements, assemblies and series. Feasibility, timing and the proposal depend on geometry, material, quantity and technical requirements.

05What industrial 3D printing applications do you offer?

Prototypes, guides, nests, brackets, tooling and functional polymer parts. Loads, temperature, finish and operating conditions help determine the appropriate material and process.

06Where can you support us?

We are based in Ciudad Juárez and support El Paso and projects elsewhere in Mexico, including Tijuana, Monterrey and Silao. Visits and on-site work are coordinated around the project’s needs.

07How do you approach quality and 5S?

We apply sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain principles. Technical requirements and acceptance criteria are agreed per project, including the relevant reviews and checks.

08How do I start and what should I send?

Contact us on WhatsApp with the problem you want to solve, available photos or drawings, quantity, location and required date. This helps us review the scope and next steps.

Let’s discuss your next project.
