01Can you start with a physical sample?
Yes. We can begin with a reference part and review the dimensions, tolerances and operating conditions that need to be defined before manufacturing.
02Can a nest be 3D printed?
We can evaluate printing for prototypes or applications compatible with polymers. Load, temperature, wear and part contact determine whether printing, machining or a combined approach is suitable.
03Can the fixture include pneumatics?
Yes. Pneumatic actuation can be included when required, with holding, sequence, sensing and operating conditions defined in the scope.
