Additive manufacturing

Turning designs into parts through 3D printing.

We develop prototypes, functional parts and tooling for industrial applications. We evaluate each project to select materials and processes suited to its intended use.

Brands and technologies we work with

  • Festo
  • Allen-Bradley
  • SMC
  • KEYENCE
  • Cognex
  • McMaster-Carr
  • Bambu Lab
  • LabVIEW

From technical scope to deliverables.

Polymer 3D printing supports geometry exploration and the development of prototypes, supports and tooling. We evaluate intended use before selecting material and manufacturing settings.

Scope we can define with you

  • File and application review
  • Material and manufacturing proposal based on feasibility
  • Prototype, functional part or tooling within scope
  • Agreed dimensional or fit review

What to review

  • Load, temperature and chemical contact
  • Geometry, orientation and expected finish
  • Quantity and validation needs
  • Prototype use or final part function

Deliverables, checks and responsibilities are detailed in each project proposal.

Questions about this service

01Do I need to have a 3D model?

Share the file you have or start with a reference. If design work is needed, it is defined as part of the project scope.

02Can a printed part replace a machined part?

It depends on function and operating conditions. We review geometry, load, temperature, wear and acceptance needs before proposing a substitution.
